  All reservations require a credit card to guarantee the room and negotiated rate. In the event cancellation is required, guaranteed reservations cancelled 48 hours before the arrival date will not be liable to any cancellation charges. Confirmed/guaranteed reservations cancelled after 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the room charge for each night reserved and confirmed.
